I am looking for a thermoplastic polymer in powder form with the following properties:

Tensile strength: 50 - 200 MPa

Elongation at break: 100 - 500%

Melting point: <140C

Particle size: mean 50 microns

It can also be a polymer which can be grinded to 50 microns

Who can help me to find out if there a polymer like this or as close as possible?

Hi Ben, If I use your criteria with the "Search & Select" tool (http://www.matbase.com/index.php), I find PET Bottle Grade, but I'm not sure about the particle size. Maybe someone else knows Regards, Richard
